Kalev Lember 6599f049ed Switch back to autotools to fix missing org.gnome.desktop.enums.xml 
Apparently the meson build system is missing the glib-mkenums call to
generate org.gnome.desktop.enums.xml. Go back to autotools for now until
this is fixed.

Kalev Lember 47404d44da Conflict with mutter < 3.19.3 
Similar to the previous commit, this adds conflicts with older mutter
versions that use the "scroll-method" key and would break if installed
together with new gsettings-desktop-schemas that removes the key.
