Recommend mesa-dri-drivers
...
Previously it used to be pulled in through clutter, but since mutter
switched to bundled clutter, we need to add the dep here as well to
avoid accidentally losing mesa-dri-drivers in the default install.

We split out libsysprof-capture to a separate sysprof-capture-devel
subpackage, but org.gnome.Sysprof3.Profiler.xml is in the main
sysprof-devel subpackage. Add explicit BuildRequires on sysprof-devel to
make sure we get org.gnome.Sysprof3.Profiler.xml.
